Dr. Twylah L. Jenkins, a proud Diamond Life Member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, has devoted more than 25 years of uninterrupted service to the sisterhood.  As a Professional Registered Parliamentarian (PRP), she is highly respected for her knowledge of parliamentary procedure and her ability to make complex rules into practical guidance.  Twylah has led numerous trainings and workshops that equip members and leaders with the skills necessary to conduct meetings effectively, resolve conflicts fairly, and confidently uphold the rights of every member.

 

Dr. Jenkins is running for the office of International Parliamentarian to strengthen the sorority’s parliamentary foundation.  Her goal is to ensure that leaders are not only informed but empowered to govern with confidence, integrity, and transparency, guaranteeing fair and consistent processes at all level of leadership.  She is unwavering in her dedication to upholding the rules, safeguarding member rights, and delivering meaningful results that elevate the sorority.
